School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Vista, CA

ProCare Therapy is actively hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Vista, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative school setting, providing essential therapy services to elementary students with various disabilities.

Position Overview:
Location: Vista, CA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 70 students (subject to change)
Grade Level: Elementary
Disabilities: Various
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
Work closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success
Maintain detailed documentation for progress tracking and Medicaid billing
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Requirements:
California OT license required
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
