$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an engaging, problem-solving, and positive client service professional to serve in a full-time Office Administrative Assistant role in our San Diego office. As a law firm with multiple practice areas, thousands of clients, and offices throughout the country, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented person who can maintain a professional and cheerful demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

This position is a full time in office role based in San Diego, CA.

Salary And Benefits

$24.00-$26.00/hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Job Duties

  • Manage a high volume, client facing email inbox with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
  • Perform data-entry in case management systems with accuracy.
  • Assist both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Understand all mail processing platforms including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Pitney Bowes.
  • Assist reception with receiving and distributing deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of firm stationary.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by manager.
  • Operate and maintain all mail and shipping equipment.
  • Scan, copy, and/or assist with other clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client or customer service experience role.
  • 1+ year experience working in a law firm setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy consistent with contemporary business standards (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment.
  • General knowledge of mail systems (USPS, UPS, & FedEx).
  • Physical requirements of the position include the ability to bend, reach, lift packages up to 25 lbs. and prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Ability to work in our San Diego office full-time.
