Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our growing medical group. Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Board Eligibility is required. You will work as part of a 18-clinician team in Portland, Oregon. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and palliative care medical skills. Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training is required. You will be working within the Kaiser Permanente NW system which has its own hospice, home-based palliative care, integrated clinic-based palliative care, and an inpatient consultation service. The opportunities for palliative care clinicians are challenging and varied, and there is broad institutional support for our mission. We place a strong emphasis on a team-first, collaborative approach. In this role, you will practice in a supportive and collegial environment as an essential member of the care team. The department currently support patients at the Sunnyside, Westside, Interstate and Skyline medical centers in the Portland and Salem, OR areas. prefer to have consistency in scheduling and panel management. For this role, you will primarily work in the Portland Metropolitan area. We also need flexibility to cover locations based on our patient's needs as the team continues to grow.
