Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A pediatric speech-language pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience in school settings is needed for a contract position in Ozark, MO. This role supports middle school students throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 30 middle school students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student communication development.
Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records.

Qualifications:

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
Eligibility or current certification in a school speech-language pathology role.
Ability to provide or facilitate supervision for Clinical Fellows or SLPAs.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Position Details:

Contract role for the 2025-2026 school year, August 19th through May 21st.
Four days per week, Monday through Thursday.
Typical working hours from approximately 7:40 AM to 2:50 PM.
Located in Republic, MO, serving nearby Ozark areas.
