Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant & Household Manager
Location: [Calabasas, CA]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: CEO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant & Household Manager to support a CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This hybrid role requires someone who can seamlessly manage the CEO's schedule, assist with office responsibilities, and oversee all aspects of home and household operations — from coordinating with service providers to dog walking and errands. The job will start as part time and if it goes well will be increased to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and reminders.
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
• Assist with office-related administrative tasks, document handling, and light project management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Provide support on special business or personal projects as needed.

Household Management:

• Oversee all household maintenance and services, including scheduling and managing vendors (e.g., electricians, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners).
• Ensure the home runs smoothly, addressing any repairs, deliveries, or emergencies as they arise.
• Maintain household inventory and order supplies as necessary.

Personal Assistance:

• Walk and care for household dogs, including feeding, vet appointments, and grooming coordination.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and personal appointments.
• Assist with event planning or hosting duties for both professional and personal gatherings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must love dogs and be comfortable with pet care responsibilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
