Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour

Description

Eberjey is looking for a highly motivated & energetic Personal Stylist to join our dynamic retail team. We are seeking positive brand representatives who are committed to offering the highest level of customer service by creating memorable shopping experiences and building solid customer relations using a natural approach. The Personal Stylists plays an integral role in our customer’s experience. Our brand specialists are extremely knowledgeable about our brand aesthetic, culture and products. The ideal candidate has prior retail experience and will maximize sales by going above and beyond for customers with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and deliver an engaging customer experience
  • Meet monthly personal selling goals and help the store team achieve daily store sales and KPI goals
  • Grow a loyal customer database by providing a warm and welcoming brand experience, staying up to date with company initiatives and connecting with the local community
  • Provide customers with sizing/fitting sessions and style guidance in line with our brand aesthetic
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and assisting in fitting rooms as needed
  • Become a product expert by maintaining excellent product knowledge of current and incoming styles
  • Assist Store Leader with daily store operations as needed and building brand exposure and excitement within the community
  • Represent the brand positively and contribute to our inclusive culture

What You'll Need

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Motivated and proactive multi-tasker who is positive, patient and adaptable to customer preferences
  • Proven customer service and sales skills with a strong track record of building loyal clientele
  • A passion for customer experience, driving sales, local community and fashion
  • High attention to detail and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Working knowledge of POS systems (KWI back office is a plus!)
  • Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 10 lbs, move freely on a ladder, and have the ability to bend and reach as necessary
