Job Responsibilities
The Department of History, Humanities, and Languages is seeking to fill Philosophy Adjunct teaching positions to begin Summer 2025. Instructors are needed to teach courses IN PERSON twice a week on campus. If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge with others, consider joining TTC! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching day and evening classes, utilizing technology, using various teaching methods in instruction, and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records. Minimum and Additional RequirementsTo qualify for these positions, you must have a master's degree in philosophy or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in philosophy. Excellent customer service skill is essential. Adjunct faculty positions require the submission of unofficial transcripts with the application.
Preferred Qualifications Candidates with teaching experience at the college level are preferred. Applicants must be capable of adapting to an environment that is constantly changing due to advancements in information technology. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
