*Physical Therapist Assistant – Job Description*
* Provide hands-on treatment sessions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
* Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and progress
* Encourage patient accountability for attendance and adherence to therapy programs
* Document each visit accurately and update treatment plans as necessary
* Follow the therapist’s plan of care and communicate any patient updates
* Supervise therapy technicians to ensure smooth treatment sessions
* Maintain case management records and productivity reports
* Support marketing efforts as needed
*Qualifications*
* Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting
* Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or eligibility to obtain
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Passion for helping patients achieve recovery goals
