Immediate need for a talented PLC Controls Engineer II. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mason, OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $41 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of electrical controls systems, including PLC programming and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, quality and deliverables ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Collaborate and work with other Project Engineers as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including QA/QC validations and test plans.
• Execute and support system testing (BUAT/UAT/FAT) and on-site commissioning.
• Provide customer training and post-installation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: Candidates must have experience in the Material Handling Industry (conveyors, sorters, high-speed sortation).
• Allen Bradley PLC experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Controls Engineering role with warehouse automation or material handling equipment.
