Job Description

Job Summary: The Plumber provides fully skilled technical services within the Plumbing department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assembling, installing and repairing pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.  

· Locating and marking positions of pipe and connections.  

· Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and fittings.  

· Cutting, threading and bending pipe composed of iron, steel, brass, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.  

· Maintain inventory and equipment on a daily basis.  

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3-4 years Journeyman experience in plumbing.  

· Thorough working knowledge of dispensing (liquid) units and fire systems.  

· Working knowledge of the plumbing code and industry trends.  

· Valid Driver’s license.  

· Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success.  

· Position requires full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
