About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of its Catholic school system, which includes six PK-8 schools. The successful candidate will be directly accountable to the Board of Members, the Board of Directors, and the Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese. This leadership role requires a practicing Catholic with an advanced degree, strong executive leadership skills, and a passion for the mission of the school system. The President will work closely with the Board to ensure the growth and viability of the system, overseeing all aspects of the organization, including Catholic mission and identity, academic programs, strategic planning, financial planning, and personnel. Key responsibilities for the President include collaborating with the Central Office leadership team to establish and implement a strategic plan, growing student enrollment, standardizing curriculum and co-curriculum, and expanding fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, visionary leader with a proven ability to work collaboratively, manage change, and foster a culture of trust and innovation. They should also have exemplary communication skills, be adept at fundraising, and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in leading a complex educational system, particularly within the context of Catholic education. The role presents the opportunity to build on the progress made since the system's establishment, capitalize on the breadth of Catholic educational opportunities in the area, and explore new partnerships and programming to enhance the student experience.
