Community Health Physician Opportunity
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join its collaborative, patient-centered care team. This organization provides comprehensive primary and behavioral health services to a diverse community, with a strong focus on equity, prevention, and long-term wellness.

The Opportunity
Provide full-scope outpatient primary care services in a team-based environment
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of quality and best practices
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications
MD or DO (licensed or eligible)
2+ years of experience in Family or Internal Medicine; pediatric experience a plus
Proficiency in EMR systems (3+ years preferred)
Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
Passion for community health and patient advocacy
