Overview As a Product Designer, you will be a part of a global Product Design team collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for those early in their career, recently through UX/ID bootcamp, or who are transitioning from other disciplines. What You7ll Do (Responsibilities) Understand project goals to deliver high quality design specs in a timely fashion. Partner with product management and engineering to execute on all projects. Scope project work and understand the tradeoffs between short-term delivery needs and long-term product goals. Proactively research and understand user goals within specific product domain with guidance from senior team members. Learn to facilitate basic stakeholder alignment within functional team using established frameworks. Create clear user flows, specs, and prototypes for user interfaces. Provide input for members of the team through work reviews, documentation, and technical guidance. Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services in order to drive consistency and cohesive solutions. Qualifications Ability to lead ideation activities within an already defined scope. Talent for making multi-step user tasks easy to navigate and complex data easy to use. Deeply understand user goals/motivations and how our product supports them, now and in the future. Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods. Strong use of design artifacts to effectively build alignment, communicate ideas, and deliver an experience. Experience in using Figma. Some experience in enterprise SaaS products. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills in verbal and written formats. Online portfolio. Bonus Points Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry. Experience with design systems and platform design work.
