Job Summary We are building a digital supply chain control tower, Mpower, to strengthen resiliency for our healthcare customers. This is a high visibility, customer facing application with multiple modules and use cases across the supply chain. As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive workflows and seamless user experiences that drive adoption, deliver measurable business outcomes, and improve resiliency for healthcare providers. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, leadership, developers, and actual end users. You’ll participate in brainstorming sessions, gather customer feedback, and bring your expertise to create wireframes, mockups, and design options that help the team move quickly from concept to development. You’ll have the opportunity to think outside the box, present options and recommendations, and directly influence how healthcare organizations experience Mpower.Job Description Work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and to create engaging solutions to drive business results. Responsibilities Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics and usability findings. Apply understanding of business needs and communicate vision to senior stakeholders.Present design work to the product team and stakeholders for review and feedback. Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs and prototypes. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns. Education Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. Relevant Work Experience At least 2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role. Experience using research and analytics to inform design. Experience applying best practices for mobile design, usability principles, and techniques. Experience working with peers and cross-functional team members from inception through implementation. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience creating user-centered design solutions represented by a portfolio of work. Experience designing customer-facing applications in healthcare and or supply chain industries. The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
