General Production Worker – Bakery Team Member

📍 Location: York, PA

🕒 Job Type: Contract to Hire

• Assist in packaging, mixing, and processing baked goods
• Keep production lines stocked with materials and move finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following food safety standards
• Operate equipment and perform basic quality checks
• Support other departments and help train new team members

• Ability to lift 50 lbs solo / 100 lbs with a team
• Comfortable working around raw ingredients and in warm environments
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• PIT certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
