Ranch Domestic Management Couple Team (6306) Location: Dallas, Texas JobNumber: 6306 We are seeking a reliable, motivated Manager/Caretaker couple team to live onsite and manage various aspects of a private ranch. The property includes two main guest homes, a party barn (recreation house), a lake house, a wooded cabin, several outbuildings, and a caretaker's home. This role requires physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain. Candidates must be able to operate a tractor, truck, and other equipment safely, including power and hand tools. The second caretaker's duties involve guest meal planning, food shopping, preparation, serving, and maintaining the homes, cabin, and other buildings. Flexibility with work schedules is essential, as hours are not typical 8-5, especially when owners are onsite. During owner and guest absences, work hours are usually 7-8 hours Monday through Friday. When owners and guests are present, schedules may include evenings and weekends, including holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Presidents Day, and Memorial Day. The team must be available during these times. Positions offer a salary between $40,000 and $60,000 annually, housing (a new high-end double-wide on a private section of a 6,000-acre ranch), utilities, and other benefits.
