The Staff Management | SMX in Fort Worth, TX, has immediate openings for 1st & 2nd shift Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators who have both Reach and Cherry Picker experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays if scheduled), 8-12 hours with overtime available.

• 1st Shift: 6am - 6pm
• 2nd Shift: 4pm - 4am

Job Responsibilities

• Operating Reach Forklifts and Cherry Pickers to support daily warehouse operations
• Safely loading, unloading, and organizing products in designated storage areas
• Maintaining accuracy while handling inventory to support efficient warehouse flow
• Following all safety protocols and contributing to a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Reach forklift & cherry picker experience required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; follow safety instructions
• Lift up to 60 lbs
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist up to 12 hours
• Work in a non-climate-controlled facility

• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
