Our client, a dynamic leader in the recruitment industry, is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the talent acquisition department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates to fill open positions.
• Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Perform exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees.
• Process changes in employee status and maintain accurate records.

What's Needed?

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
• Familiarity with standard recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work under general supervision while demonstrating creativity and initiative.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills to plan and accomplish goals.
