Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Blossoms ABA - $20 - $23 an hour based on experience and certification
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure treatment goals are being met
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and session notes
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certified
Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and/ reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques and strategies
