Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

📍 Location: El Paso, TX

💰 Compensation: $16.15 per hour

🕒 Schedule: Full‑time | Monday - Friday 8am-5pm | Fast‑paced clinical environment

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. This role is essential in supporting our dentist during procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Experience with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred.

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four‑handed dentistry
• Prepare and sterilize instruments following infection control standards
• Take and develop dental X‑rays in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA‑compliant patient records
• Manage chairside duties including suctioning and procedural support
• Conduct patient intake: vital signs, medical history, comfort assessment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment instructions
• Coordinate with front office staff to support scheduling and patient flow
• Create a welcoming environment for pediatric patients
• Stay current on dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices

• Experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic preferred)
• Knowledge of general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency in dental imaging and documentation
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical coding (preferred)
