Registered Nurse (Outpatient Surgery Center)

Role Summary

Our Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses (Registered Nurse) are responsible for the operation of the ambulatory surgical center and provide direct patient care. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses demonstrate care and compassion to our patients while guiding them through their treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Admit, treat, and discharge patients
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operations
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in California
• Bachelors Degree
• ACLS Certified
• Experience in outpatient surgery centers or operating rooms

Employment Type

Full-time (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day) non-exempt position with rotational weekends and holidays. This position requires early hours.

Compensation

Salary range is $50-$60/hr. Salary is based on job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
