Relocation Consultant Coppergate Global is seeking individuals for the role of Relocation/Destination Services Consultant, responsible for welcoming relocating employees within an approximate 45-mile radius of your location. The role involves assisting with settlement elements such as Social Security Applications, Area Tours, Property Viewings, and School Visits. Candidates should possess a professional image, strong communication, and customer service skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible, as-needed schedule. Coppergate Global, a division of National Corporate Housing, is a global leader in temporary housing program management for business travel and corporate relocations. As an expanding Destination Services provider, we seek qualified professionals. Responsibilities: Provide support to relocating employees and their families. Offer expert knowledge of the city, rental market, school districts, and Social Security processes. Ensure a smooth transition for families in their new communities. Build rapport, communicate effectively, research, and deliver customized information promptly. Maintain positive relationships with apartment communities, landlords, and property managers. Represent the company professionally at all times. Perform other duties as necessary. Desired Requirements: Minimum of two years of community residence. Experience in property management or realty is advantageous. Interest in and comfort with diverse cultures. Access to a reliable, clean vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility to work between Monday and Saturday, 8AM – 5PM. Ideal for candidates seeking part-time work or with personal commitments. Multilingual skills are a plus. Realtor’s license is required.
