Responsibilities • Client Engagement: Connect with clients through virtual meetings and phone calls to understand their needs and deliver tailored benefits solutions. • Customer Success: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, focusing on unions, credit unions and large associations - ensuring their questions are answered and their experience exceeds expectations during our live zoom meetings. • Team Leadership: After 1st 60 days - Mentor and support new representatives, helping them develop their skills in client communication and service excellence. • Continuous Growth: Embrace training, feedback, and leadership development opportunities to advance within the organization. • Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders to refine processes that improve client satisfaction and overall team performance.
