• Document interactions and resolutions in our customer support system.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Assist in creating and updating FAQ documents and support resources.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
