Pay: $59k-$71k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential Store Manager Responsibilities: Oversees all daily store operations, ensuring goals for development, food quality, safety, speed, and labor are consistently achieved. Delivers consistent operations, guest satisfaction, and achievement of company standards Identifies emerging leaders, creates personalized development plans for their career growth, and offers constructive feedback to support individual and Team development. Works closely with District Manager to align on team development, operational goals, and district-level objectives.
