Sales Support – Costa Mesa, CA

Freelance (Ongoing) | $22–$24 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Support team members to assist with sales floor operations and stockroom organization at several of our client's luxury boutiques in Costa Mesa. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity ideal for someone with retail experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Schedules would be provided to you once hired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales staff on the floor by replenishing merchandise and organizing product displays
• Assist with stockroom tasks including receiving, tagging, restocking, and inventory counts
• Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of both sales floor and back-of-house
• Provide excellent customer service when needed, including greeting and assisting clients
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements:

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
