We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Rough Framing Carpenters to join our growing team. The current contract runs through April 2026, with opportunities for continued work into 2027 for dependable, high-performing team members.

This position focuses on residential and light commercial framing. Candidates with versatility and strong work ethic may transition into finish carpentry roles as projects evolve through spring 2026.

We are looking for “free agent” talent—experienced framers who can immediately strengthen our existing crews and uphold our high standards for safety, productivity, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install panelized wall systems per layout specifications
• Set wood floor and roof trusses using nails and power tools
• Install subfloor and roof sheathing accurately and safely
• Install windows per manufacturer guidelines
• Perform material handling and heavy lifting as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Follow all company and OSHA safety policies
• Work effectively within a team and take direction from foremen

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in rough framing or general carpentry
• Strong understanding of basic framing practices and site safety
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
