In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards and providing support throughout the lifecycle of RPA bots. Key Responsibilities: Designing and Architecture: Leverage your deep understanding of Power Automate and Automation Anywhere to create robust RPA solutions. Develop and implement automation strategies that drive business efficiency. Development: Automate processes efficiently and effectively, focusing on high-quality RPA bot development. Perform thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and performance of bots. Support: Provide UAT and Hypercare support, ensuring minimal downtime (less than 1%). Take a proactive approach in managing exceptions and resolving issues. Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior developers in their tasks, offering expert advice and performing code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Help lead the development team to success. Agile Methodology: Work collaboratively in an Agile (Scrum) environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results and meet deadlines. Integration: Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, MS Teams, REST APIs, and third-party systems like SAP to create seamless automation solutions.
