Location: Charlotte (NC) | Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week | Job Level: T3 | Work Preference: Hybrid | Job Code: 239296 Job Description: We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with over 6 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards and providing support throughout the lifecycle of RPA bots. Key Responsibilities: Designing and Architecture: Leverage your deep understanding of Power Automate and Automation Anywhere to create robust RPA solutions. Develop and implement automation strategies that drive business efficiency. Development: Automate processes efficiently and effectively, focusing on high-quality RPA bot development. Perform thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and performance of bots. Support: Provide UAT and Hypercare support, ensuring minimal downtime (less than 1%). Take a proactive approach in managing exceptions and resolving issues. Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior developers in their tasks, offering expert advice and performing code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Help lead the development team to success. Agile Methodology: Work collaboratively in an Agile (Scrum) environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results and meet deadlines. Integration: Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, MS Teams, REST APIs, and third-party systems like SAP to create seamless automation solutions.
