Overview RPA UIpath and Blueprism . Mandatory Skills - UIpath and Blueprism. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath. Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope. Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal RPA standards. Monitor and optimize RPA bot performance; troubleshoot and debug issues. Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical excellence. 80% time dedicated to RPA development; 20% to team oversight, task coordination, and handoffs. Must have strong leadership and communication skills. Responsible for identifying and vetting candidates for the team based on the criteria outlined. Will work closely with the client to align team capabilities with evolving priorities. Must agree to be on camera for all meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in RPA development. Certified or proven expertise in both Blue Prism and UiPath. Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and methodologies. Experience with process documentation and analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
