Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to break into the technology sales field. Your focus will be on identifying and developing sales opportunities for IBM POWER and Storage solutions through cold calling, email outreach, marketing efforts, and supporting deal progression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through proactive outreach
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up emails to potential clients
• Support lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Assist with deal progression by coordinating with internal technical and sales teams
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently
• Participate in company-provided training to build your technical and sales knowledge
• Meet and exceed weekly activity and performance goals
Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
• Eager to learn about enterprise IT solutions and sales strategies
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior sales or IT experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
