Job Description
Summary Sales Associates are to accomplish sales, merchandising and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives and company initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities - Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Red Bull portfolio in all assigned accounts
- Accomplish sales and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives and company initiatives
- Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled
- Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy
- Interact respectfully and maintain dialog with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers
- Establish and maintain a high level of industry knowledge: Red Bull, CSDs, trends, market share, etc.
- Utilize Columbia University for Professional Education (CUPE) courses to improve effectiveness
- Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies
- Maintain appropriate themed programs to meet supplier and company standards
- Submit all required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, market surveys (MVPs), expense report, mileage log, etc. by the required due date
- Understand and assist with MVP Standards
- Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times

Work Environment Work indoors with occasional outdoor work.
Physical Demands - Lift, carry, push, pull up to 165 lbs.
- Use arms, wrists, hands, grasp
- Must be proficient in the use of industry tools including hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter, etc.
- Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle
Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours will vary.
Required Education and Experience - Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Sales Fundamental (which includes CSP training and certification) required upon hiring
Preferred Education and Experience - Minimum one (1) year previous industry experience preferred
Compensation - Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
