Sales Manager (Freight & Logistics)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Freight & Logistics) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience within Logistics and Freight Forwarding , possess strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Freight & Logistics. (Freight forwarding, Sea Freight, Air Freight, Drayage, Transloading, etc.) 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide customized solutions
• Collaborate to create effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Prior Sales experience within freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Knowledgeable in freight pricing, shipping routes, international logistics 
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management 
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales and revenue goals.
• This position requires travelling to visit customers
