Training Specialist – B2B Inside Sales Location: Remote/Various (Travel may be required) Senior Level Role – Mid‑Senior level position. Job Overview Martindale-Avvo seeks a Training Specialist to own and execute comprehensive sales training programs for the B2B inside sales force, driving productivity and efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Training Manager to deliver onboarding training for new hires, supporting sales readiness. Coordinate the development and deployment of ongoing sales training materials and education sessions as defined by sales management. Partner with Marketing and Product Management to ensure training for product launches, including positioning and messaging for the Sales organization. Analyze business data to create and deliver tailored training solutions. Monitor and measure training effectiveness to ensure programs meet company needs. Occasional travel may be required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related experience in B2B SaaS sales. Proven track record delivering training programs. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptable to frequent change. Ability to create and maintain a respectful, controlled, and open learning environment. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. Digital marketing domain experience (2+ years) is a plus. Experience with Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (vILT) is a plus. Formal solution sales training is a plus. Travel may be required. Compensation Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000, dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience.
