About the Role:

ProCare Therapy is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in Harvey, IL. This role involves providing therapy services to help students improve their fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services to students in K-12.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation.
Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance student development.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Illinois OT license.
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
