Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to elementary school students to support their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and support students during challenging situations.
• Facilitate social skills groups and promote positive behavior initiatives.
• Maintain confidential student records and complete required documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid counseling certification or relevant licensure.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or similar setting.
