A School Psychologist conducts psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. They develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs and 504 plans), provide crisis support, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes. They maintain detailed documentation and offer training to school staff on mental health and behavior management.
