Position Information Position Title: Seasonal Carpet Cleaning Technician
Pay: Paid hourly during training. Once you complete training, you will be paid hourly
PLUS commission.
** Opportunity to stay on the team at the end of the season depending on performance.

What You Will Do - Follow an electronic schedule.
- Quote carpet, tile, upholstery, and vinyl cleanings.
- Set up/tear down equipment for jobs.
- Perform repairs stain removal, dye, stretch, patch, seam repair, etc.
- Perform odor treatments.
- Extract water from floods.
- Dryer vent and A/C drain line clearing.
- Log mileage and fill out service checklists.
- Respectfully communicate with properties, residents, and fellow team members.
- Share the on-call schedule for floods on call rotation is 3 days on and 2 weeks off (no exceptions). Employees must refrain from consuming drugs/alcohol while on-call.
- Lift/carry equipment (70 lbs > or less). May require you to pull it upstairs to apartments on a higher floor.
- Drive company cargo van to apartment complexes throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- Maintain a clean van.
- Operate truck mount machinery.
- Responsibly mix cleaning chemicals according to Generations procedures.
- Perform simple math.
- Maintain equipment inventory list.
- Take directions from multiple departments.
- Job responsibilities are not limited to this list.
What You Need - Ability to see all colors
- Smartphone
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Drivers license
- Have a clean driving record of at least 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation to and from work
