Job Description

At our Dallas, TX facility, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Corrugator Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure the reliability and performance of our corrugated manufacturing equipment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Corrugator Maintenance Technician , you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our corrugator equipment. You’ll lead preventative maintenance efforts, respond to equipment issues, and train junior technicians. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of corrugator machines and related equipment.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical issues, and recommend solutions or upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and work orders using CMMS systems.
  • Assist in training and mentoring maintenance technicians and operators.
  • Follow and promote all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment modification projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical systems, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment , with at least 3 years working on corrugator or similar packaging equipment .
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and automated systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
