Job Description

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee and manage high-profile electrical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with substations, transformers, and generators , and expertise in SCADA systems, fire alarm systems, and power distribution . This role requires a proven leader who can drive projects to completion while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of electrical projects focusing on switchgear stations .
• Oversee installation and integration of transformers, generators, and power distribution systems .
• Manage the implementation of SCADA systems, fire alarm systems, and automation controls .
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry codes, regulations, and safety standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to maintain project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of project management experience in switchgear stations, substations, and power systems .
• Strong background in transformers, generators, SCADA systems, fire alarms, and power distribution .
• Knowledge of electrical protection, automation, and control systems .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
