Senior Financial Analyst - Remote A quickly growing manufacturing company is looking for a data-driven SFA to work as the right-hand to the Director of Finance. The role is blended in responsibilities and the team is fully remote. Preference given to someone local to Columbus, OH. PowerBI & strong Excel skills, SAP, and foundation in FP&A is the ideal candidate profile. Selling Points Fully remote - would prefer some in Columbus, OH or in EST Complex and high-growth business - expanding and growing every year Consistent exposure to C-Suite Excellent base + 15% bonus Responsibilities ~ Working directly FP&A Manager & VP of Finance - consistent exposure to C-Suite ~40% FP&A: budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis ~30% Data Analysis: PowerBI build-out. Creating reporting dashboards and analytical tools ~30% Ad hoc projects & process improvements Qualifications ~4+ years' experience in FP&A and/or Data roles ~ PowerBI & Excel guru - a builder in PowerBI, not just a user ~ SAP and/or manufacturing industry experience ~ Polished communicator with self-starter mentality
