We’re seeking a full-time Senior Recruiter for our City-based corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the comprehensive recruitment cycle for diverse business groups in Logistics, Warehouse, and Production. Conduct the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to the candidate pre - onboarding stage, ensuring seamless execution at every step.
  • Conduct talent market mapping for specific positions according to the recruitment needs of the business, and be able to provide effective insights to the business department.
  • Drive decision - making with data, meticulously tracking and analyzing recruitment data, and crafting detailed recruitment reports as per requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance and maintain the attractiveness of the employer brand.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, focusing on refining processes, policies, and systems, thereby elevating both the quality and efficiency of recruitment efforts.
  • Engage closely with cross - functional teams, actively participating in HR projects that involve collaboration with cross - border teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full - cycle recruitment in fast - paced, high - growth settings. Skilled in offer making, negotiation, and talent mapping. Capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Have recruitment experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Production. E - commerce/retail/fashion background is preferred.
  • Have experience in multiple corporate culture.
  • Fluency in English ,bilingual is preferred.
  • Eager to learn new things, build teams. Patient with starting from scratch. Adaptable, data - driven, and growth - minded.
