Senior Recruitment Consultant

Contract and Temporary Hires – Private Equity

New York - In office Monday to Thursday (Work from home on Fridays)

$70,000–$90,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced agency recruiter focusing on temporary and contract hires? Do you want to be part of a growing recruitment firm on a desk that is skyrocketing ?

The Opportunity

This is a chance to join a team where the only way is up. After establishing or temp business in 2024, we are now experiencing significant revenue growth , and now is the time to add an experienced recruiter to the team. This is a 360 role where you will own accounts as well as drive new business . You will also be supported by candidate sourcers , helping you find the best talent in the market. What makes this role even more exciting are the career opportuinities . With the Head of the team based in the UK, we are looking for someone to be her right hand creating a clear pathway to management or a senior billing role . Either way, you will be a mentor and a leader in the team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare to be busy. This is fast-paced , high-quality , relationship-led recruitment .
• Inherit and grow client relationships in the FS space.
• Be a key member of the team supporting juniors and taking them on client visits.
• Build your desk through new business development . Own the clients you win.
• Deliver a consultative, high-touch service to clients and candidates.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a recruitment agency working on short-term temporary and contract hires.
• You will want to work as a true 360 recruiter (including Business Development).
• Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial).
• Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
• A relationship-first mindset and a drive to deliver results.
