What You’ll Do

As the Senior Wire EDM Supervisor, you will:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee Wire EDM machining processes, ensuring top-tier precision, efficiency, and quality.
• Mentor and Train: Share your expertise by guiding and developing junior machinists to help them excel in their craft.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and repair machines, tooling, and fixtures to minimize downtime.
• Tooling and Fixture Design: Create and maintain essential components to support smooth production workflows.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with management to plan and optimize schedules, production goals, and shop floor efficiency.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Extensive Wire EDM Experience: Proven expertise in Wire EDM machining and tooling.
• Leadership Skills: A track record of mentoring and leading machinists.
• Technical Mastery: Knowledge of tool and die, mold making, or Class A machining is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Excellent troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
• Hands-On Approach: Commitment to being actively involved on the shop floor.
