Job Description
We’re hiring a Juki Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. If you’re experienced with SMT equipment and committed to quality, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Set up and tear down Juki SMT machines using provided process data and instructions
Operate machines and make minor program adjustments as needed
Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues promptly
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Complete documentation and production reports accurately
Contribute to production goals and support customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems
Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong team communication and problem-solving skills
