Position:

Software Engineering Leader

Description:

Lead and execute the technical vision and system design decisions for cloud-native solutions, including front-end and back-end development. \nCollaborate closely with software engineers and engineering leaders to design, build, deploy, and operate production systems.\rMentor team members, enforcing best coding practices and driving continual improvement.\nCreate tools and templates to simplify processes and enhance productivity.\rScale the existing platform significantly, managing increased load while ensuring 100% uptime.\nChampion API-first approaches and domain-driven designs to maintain loosely coupled systems.\rProactively manage and mitigate technical debt.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on software development lifecycle experience, including at least 3 years as a Staff Engineer or higher. \n5+ years of experience with modern technologies such as GoLang, GraphQL, microservices, and NoSQL databases.\rExtensive cloud development expertise, particularly in Azure, including cloud-based architecture and automated release pipelines.\nStrong proficiency with API-first designs and loosely coupled, domain-driven systems.
