We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join this revolution. This type of position requires a highly motivated and driven sales professional who thrives on building contacts, relationships, and ultimately closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation : You will serve as the face of Go Solar, you are not only representing the brand but representing yourself every time you step outside your door, pick up the phone or post online. Every conversation, every introduction is an opportunity. Our team is always working to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

Target markets: Greater Denver area, Colorado Springs, Littleton, Boulder and surrounding communities.

Customer Consultation: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and assess their energy needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and referral opportunities.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with installation and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience.

We offer:

  • Commissions paid bi-weekly and within 2 weeks of closing each project. Get paid before the project even gets installed!
  • Starts at 150 KWH per KWH sold (average system is 6-14 KWH) and is tiered up to 750 KWH based on monthly volume.
    • Example: 150 KWH x 10 KW system = $1500 in commission
    • 4 deals x $1500 commission per deal = $6000 in commission per month
  • Uncapped with a potential earnings: $250,000 and up annually
  • A base salary of $25,000, which is unlocked upon successfully closing your first ten deals.
  • $10,000 incremental bonus for every 10 deals signed within your first month
  • Six-month bonus paid of 50 KWH for each KW sold within each six-month time frame.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelors degree preferred in business, marketing, or a related field, but not required.
  • Prior sales experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options is a significant advantage but not required. We will teach you what you need to know.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
