What Youll Do

  • Lead UiPath Professional Services engagements with a team of 25 resources.
  • Provide technical guidance, design, and oversight during initial implementation stages and critical milestones.
  • Identify and qualify RPA developers, business analysts, and SMEs to deliver on engagements.
  • Develop sustainable solutions that drive customer adoption.
  • Mentor technical engineers aspiring to grow in RPA.
  • Deeply understand the UiPath platform and its functionalities.
  • Advocate UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution.>

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in objectoriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python).
  • 4+ years developing in UiPath.
  • 2+ years handson development in UiPath.
  • Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform.
  • Experience configuring UiPaths AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces.
  • Experience in infrastructurerelated technology and integrating with common systems via APIs.
  • Good presentation and communication skills (customer facing).
  • Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in other languages a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance as required by contract.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional).
  • Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred.

Salary

Salary range: $103,968.00 $184,049.00. The range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
