Program ends 01/04/2026 Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Benefits: W2 employment, bi-weekly pay, direct deposit; Paid training Our Seasonal Portable Audio Specialist will represent Sony, the globally ranked line of portable speakers, for a special promotional program. Your mission is to create memorable retail interactions, deepen brand loyalty, and turn casual listeners into lifelong Sony audio enthusiasts. In this role, you will serve as a sales expert within an assigned Best Buy location to introduce the Sony brand to customers. What you will do: Share Sony enthusiasm: Delight store associates and customers with demos showcasing Sony's innovative technology. Help customers make informed choices: Use effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on portable audio gear. Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals, proactively overcoming customer objections. Educate and train store personnel: Equip them with Sony knowledge so they can share it confidently. Post-Shift Reporting: Complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback. What you bring: Previous sales experience. High-energy communication skills and passion for audio and music. Reliable transportation to a local Best Buy store. Availability to work the required Friday through Sunday shift schedule. Strength and stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. Tech-ready: Smart device to handle daily reporting duties.
