Position: Senior Web Developer Location: Charlotte 100% onsite Contract Length: thru EOY, likely longer Top Requirements: Java Springboot JavaScript 5+ years of experience Nice to Haves Docker Kubernetes Conversational AI IVR Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The platform the team is working on is a local to no code platform - the person will not be actively working to develop in Java, however, needs to know and understand Java in an effort to troubleshoot. The current workload is mixed, meaning the work on some java webservices, including designing web services, implementing APIs and understanding integrations. The candidate will be trained on conversational AI platforms. Once up to speed, the candidate will work on the customer experience interface for the company's virtual agent. Goals include making the AI tool user friendly - think Alexa or Siri and how easy they are to use. The platform includes necessary tools and a little bit of coding will be required. End goal is an amazing customer experience. Required Skills : Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : Candidates will be able to learn IVR.
