Job Description

We are in search of an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to become part of one of the Southeast's rapidly expanding staffing agencies. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

  • Input employee and client data into the agency software program.
  • Proactively source/recruit and interview potential candidates for open job orders.
  • Work with clients, taking job orders and general work order information to assist in

identifying the best suited employees for that position or customer.

  • Proactively source/recruit and interview potential candidates for open job orders
  • Address potential workers questions with regards to employment.
  • Assist new applicants with employment process.
  • Assist in the payroll process.
  • Perform routine office support tasks including organizing and maintaining employee and

customer files.

  • Assist with daily & weekly close.
  • Update clients on hiring status.
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments,

and interview evaluations.

Skills required:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication

skills.

  • A willingness and desire to work with people in assisting them to achieve their goals, this

is for both clients and employees.

Skills Preferred:

  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person

interviews and group interviews.

  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year+bonus
